At five bonds you need a paid plan to write the sixth. We keep watching the five you already have. We will never stop a court reminder over a bill.
Same on a downgrade, a missed payment, an expired card or a cancelled plan: you cannot write a new bond, everything else goes read-only, and reminders and check-ins keep running on the bonds you already wrote. That is in the terms, not left to whoever answers support that day.

The lead ledger is free, on every plan
Every call, walk-in, text and referral in one book: who rang, what they said, who got back to them and how long that took, and which enquiries turned into a bond and what premium it earned. It used to be a $149 add-on sold as jail roster monitoring. It costs nothing now, and the roster half is not sold at all.
We do not text or call your leads, and we do not watch a jail roster for you. Virginia lets licensed bail bondsmen solicit bail bond business and nobody else, Va. Code § 9.1-185.9, and we are not licensed. So no message goes out under your license that you did not send yourself.
The response time counts the ones we timed. A response somebody writes up afterwards is counted beside that figure and never inside it, so the number is what your office actually did rather than what it remembered doing.

Carrier review takes time, and we will give you a real date rather than a hopeful one.
